We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Before sending anything back, please email us at am@bussroot.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If the item is returned damaged or not in its original state, the customer may be liable for any loss in value.
Print-on-Demand Items (via Prodigi) Prints & Gifts
Because these items are made to order, we can only accept returns for damaged goods or manufacturing defects. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
Cancellations for Print-on-Demand Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for print-on-demand orders, as they are processed immediately upon purchase and cannot be halted without incurring costs.
Bespoke Commissions
Due to the custom nature of commissioned work, returns and refunds are generally not available. However, we work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure the final piece meets expectations. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can find a solution together.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
