Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Original artworks are carefully hand-packaged. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (although I’ll always aim to deliver as soon as possible.) International deliveries may take longer and be subject to local import costs outside of my control. If you require the painting urgently, please email me or let me know in the comments box during checkout.
Print-on-demand items are produced to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party partner (Prodigi).
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- UK Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping on all original artworks.
- International Orders for Original Art: Email am@bussroot.com for a Shipping estimate to your country. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
- Print-on-Demand Items (via Prodigi): Free shipping is available for orders to the UK, US, EU, and Canada. These prints are fulfilled directly by Prodigi and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
All orders include tracking where available. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
Original artworks are securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Smaller prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size and destination.
