This painting was born from one of those rare, fleeting moments when everything aligns, the light, the mood, the place. On a warm early evening, nestled among the sand dunes at Camber Sands, the sun began to dip and cast a golden haze across the landscape. I instinctively took a photograph, and before even looking, I knew it was something special. That image stayed with me, and I knew I had to capture its magic on canvas, the stillness, the warmth, the quiet beauty of that perfect moment.
