Some places have a way of wrapping you in the same warm, joyful feeling every time you return, for me, this road is one of them. I wanted to capture not just how it looks, but how it feels. In this painting, the familiar track becomes a plush red velvet path, fading into a glowing horizon beneath a majestic sunset sky. I added gold leaf to the fence posts, giving them the quiet grandeur this place has always held for me, a road that feels like coming home.
